Boundaries and bravery

from £1,530.00

In this Retreat, we’ll be encountering the expectations and limits we set ourselves and others. Sexual vitality and saying ‘yes’ to intimacy, can flourish when we deepen our connection with our bodies, our boundaries, ‘no’ and ‘yes’.

We’ll be exploring the family and society cultures you were conditioned in, and supporting the unheard Parts to resolve their unmet needs from the past. This retreat supports the processing of grief and loss, so that you can make space for newness and positive changes in your life. We will provide Creative Arts Psychotherapy, embodiment, emotional regulation tools, art making and sense making, through a Developmental Trauma model. We’ll be holding space for group therapy and 1:1 sessions, yoga practice, an exceptional plant-based menu that supports gut health, wild swimming and mindful walking… in beautiful Cornwall.

FOOD:

At our retreat, we believe that nourishing your body is just as important as nourishing your mind. Our approach to food focuses on creating balanced, vibrant meals that support both your gut health and emotional well-being. We prioritize whole, plant-based ingredients and aim to incorporate a variety of at least 30 different fruits, vegetables, nuts, and seeds throughout the weekend, ensuring every meal is as nutrient-dense as it is delicious.

One of our highlights is a buffet lunch featuring 30 plant-based ingredients in one meal—always a guest favorite! We also provide homemade sauerkraut and pickles to support your digestive health, knowing that a happy gut plays a key role in boosting your mood and overall sense of well-being.

We are mindful of the emotional processing and trauma work involved in the retreat, so we focus on restorative foods that promote healing and clarity. Using insights from "Mind Food" and other nutrition-focused resources, we design meals that support both physical and emotional rejuvenation, ensuring that everyone feels nourished, energized, and balanced throughout the retreat experience.

In addition to our nourishing meals, we’re offering **food workshops** to help you understand the vital connection between gut health and overall well-being. These sessions will explore how your diet impacts digestion, mood, and emotional clarity.

Our goal is to leave you feeling not just healed in spirit but also fully rejuvenated in body.
