Boundaries and bravery

Leaning into healthy protest

In this Retreat, we’ll be encountering the expectations and limits we set ourselves and others. Sexual vitality and saying ‘yes’ to intimacy, can flourish when we deepen our connection with our bodies, our boundaries, ‘no’ and ‘yes’.

We’ll be exploring the family and society cultures you were conditioned in, and supporting the unheard Parts to resolve their unmet needs from the past. This retreat supports the processing of grief and loss, so that you can make space for newness and positive changes in your life. We will provide Creative Arts Psychotherapy, embodiment, emotional regulation tools, art making and sense making, through a Developmental Trauma model. We’ll be holding space for group therapy and 1:1 sessions, yoga practice, an exceptional plant-based menu that supports gut health, wild swimming and mindful walking… in beautiful Cornwall.

We are committed to supporting your exploration of the impact that stresses and traumas have had on you, and to helping you to develop a new relationship with the Parts of you that helped you survive those sad, bad times.

This long weekend provides an intensive opportunity for nourishing and resourcing the Parts in you that needed safety. Experiencing safety in the group and individual spaces allows your nervous system to re-organise, increasing your creativity, vitality and resilience.
