A women’s-only retreat designed to foster healing, safety, and growth. Life often demands a lot from us, and we demand a lot from ourselves—making it essential to pause, play, explore, and connect. This retreat offers a creative, embodiment-focused, trauma-informed space to tend to attachment wounds and ease the burdens carried by hurt or neglected Parts within, freeing up energy and transforming avoidance or shame.
Held in the beautiful surroundings of Cornwall, we offer group and 1:1 therapy, yoga, wild swimming, mindful walking, and nourishing plant-based meals—supporting you to restore safety, self-trust, creativity, and resilience.

We explore co-dependent patterns and the roles we play in relationships, shaped by attachment trauma and survival strategies. A key focus is on developing and nurturing an internal ‘Repairing Parent’—one that can provide the care, safety, and reassurance that may have been missing in the past. Through this process, you can begin to restore trust in yourself and your capacity to connect with others authentically.
Through integrative psychotherapy, creative arts, and somatic practices, you'll gain the tools to understand and reframe these patterns while developing healthier ways of relating to yourself and others.
